AT LUNYIMETAL, WE PAY SPECIAL ATTENTION WHILE PROCESSING

1.Incoming materials are checked for its thickness, grade insulation and watt loss in our Testing Laboratory. All jobs are processed on CNC machine.

2.We use equipment brand SDRI, Canwin, HongTe for cutting in order to minimize burr level.

3.Also quality control checks are carried out right through manufacturing process at regular half-intervals on every machine and the record is maintained separately.
